.. An Interview : ) ..

I met the fabulous Eesha Aluwalia the owner of Jean Claude Biguine Saloon in kemps Corner during a TV promo shoot.
A sweet, bright and a professional hair stylist who knows how to satisfy her customers.
Lucky for me, she stopped for a moment to answer a few questions.

*Alisha: How would you define what you do for living?
Eesha : Pretty much the soul objective of what I try to do with most people is to make people beautiful and make them feel beautiful.

*Alisha: What thought process do you go through when styling someone for a red carpet event?
Eesha  :  It all begins with the actress and what they are wearing for the red carpet. From the clothing, I can see what the hair style is going  to be. It’s all about last minute changes. I can change my customers hair from day to night  in about twenty minutes with different exquisite headpieces.                                                            It’s all about what fits the clothing and that I’m able to change their look into what they want.

*Alisha: How do you determine the colour palette that you are going to use?
Eesha : You can tell by the skin tone, eye colour and hair colour what colours will look best on them. It is also important to consider what they are wearing and where they’re going.

*Alisha: Is there a certain time period or style icon you look for inspiration?
Eesha : It changes every season!                                                       I get inspiration from movies but it all depends on the person.

*Alisha: Please describe your signature hair style ?
Eesha  : By having the perfect hair cut. Colouring I always do in a specific way. I make people the roots darker. It takes a long time to make the hair look perfect but once it’s done you don’t have to do anything at all but just wear it.
